Dr. Chris Watson
Clinical & Child Psychologist
Dr. Watson conducts cognitive behaviour therapy for children, adolescents and adults with anxiety and mood disorders. Dr. Watson has extensive training and expertise in treating mood and anxiety disorders, and he is certified in cognitive behaviour therapy by the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CACBT-ACTCC). He completed his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of Waterloo (graduated 2008) and has received additional clinical training at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Centre in Hamilton, Ontario. Dr. Watson previously worked as a clinical psychologist for the Child and Parent Resource Institute (London, Ontario), as a school psychologist for the Thames Valley District School Board (London, Ontario), and as a research analyst for the Clinical Research Laboratory at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (Toronto).
