Getting well and staying well with CBT
We use strategies grounded in cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) to help you to get well and stay well. We work with kids as young as 3 years of age (using a modified CBT approach), adolescents, and adults up to approximately 70 years of age.
Types of anxiety disorders that respond well with CBT:
- Generalized anxiety
- Health anxiety
- Panic
- Agoraphobia
- Shyness and social anxiety
- Separation anxiety
- Phobias
